Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -patient with chronic constipation ( less than three bowel movements a week ) - that is frequent last several months ( > 3 month ) - it is primary ( rule out secondary cause by history taking )
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - seems primary but constipation for more than 8 years - secondary to a disease or medication - associated anorectal disorders ( e.g. haemorrhoids, fissure, fistula, prolapse, etc ) - patient having infection in the body ( diagnsed with TLC & DLC ) - patient having anxiety disorders - patient which are conyraindications for padmasana ( e.g.sciatica )
