Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The housekeeping female staff from 45-58 years, who are working in various institutions of MAHE and are willing to participate and are available during data collection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women who have already attained menopause or undergone hysterectomy
