Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)ASA Grading II to IV 2)X Ray Diagnosis of Proximal Femur Fracture (Subtrochanteric Femur Fracture,Intertrochanteric Femur Fracture, Neck Of Femur Fracture)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Previous Psychiatric illness or cognitive impairement(dementia, Alzheimer’s disease) 2)Patients having history of substance abuse 3)Multiple fracture and previous surgery/Palliative surgery of affected limb 4)Drug Allergies/hypersensitivity 5)Any Contraindications for Spinal Anaesthesia or Regional Blocks 6)Failed Spinal anaesthesia and any need of General Anesthesia 7)Mental state preventing completion of scoring.

Fascia Iliaca Compartment Block can be a useful adjuct or a part of multimodal analgesia which may provide pain relief. Timepoint: Visual Analog Scale (VAS Score) 1 to 10—
