Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with Signs and Symptoms of Sandhigata vata as per ayurvedic classics Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria and diagnosed previously as per American College of Rheumatology classification criteria of OA of knee Affected Knee joint is single or both knees Pain in the knee joint greater than or equal to 3 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Gross disability like bedridden and confined to wheelchair Patients with Rheumatic Arthritis Gout Osteoporosis and other Musculoskeletal system disorders Patients with other major systematic disorders which interfere with treatment will be excluded like Uncontrolled Diabetic Mellitus and Hypertension Patients with ligamental or any other knee joint injury Patients with history of Knee surgery Use of NSAIDS Analgesics Intra articular steroid injections within the past period of 2 weeks
