Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus of duration more than 5 years. Patients who give written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy. Patients suffering from any neuropsychiatric illness. Patients suffering from any Acute or chronic degenerative/inflammatory condition of joints. Patients suffering from co morbid chronic medical diseases including chronic kidney disease, chronic liver disease, chronic heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
