Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients presenting with only few principal symptoms of skin (Local maladies or One sided dermatological diseases) 2. Patients of all socio-economic status and irrespective of religions. 3. Ability to read or understand Bengali or Hindi or English and willing to give informed consent to join the study. 4. Patients who underwent any treatment for skin disease maybe recruited after 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Cases of unstable mental or psychiatric illness or other uncontrolled or life-threatening illness 2.Unwilling to take part and not giving consent to join the study and unable to read or understand patient information sheet. 3.Pregnant women and lactating mothers 4.Self-reported immune-compromised state. 5.Substance abuse and/or dependence
