Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status I & II Age- 18-60 years Sex- both male and female Patients undergoing elective infra umbilical surgery under spinal anaesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with known contraindication for spinal anaesthesia. Patients with coagulation disorders or on anticoagulation therapy. Patients with cardiac disease, nuerological.hepatc and renal impairment. Patients with betablockers & alpha antagonists.

| two group has been taken group B will receive 0.75% isobaric ropivacaine 3ml with 60 mcg of buprenorphine in spinal anaesthesia. Group D will receive 0.75% isobaric ropivacaine 3ml with 5 mcg of dexmedetomidine in spinal anaesthesia.we will compare the effects on spinal block, time for rescue analgesia, and adverse effectsTimepoint: Vital sign will be recorded at every 10 minutes in operation theatre and every 15 minutes in post anaesthesia care unit | — |
