Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Patients with primary adhesive capsulitis -shoulder diagnosed clinically -Normal AP radiograph of involved gleno-humeral joint -Willingness to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of surgery on a particular shoulder Pre-existing shoulder arthritis Infective focus around the shoulder History of fracture in shoulder girdle complex Neuromuscular diseases Not willing to participate in the study Patients with rheumatological disorders Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers History of intra-articular injection in the same shoulder in the previous 6 months Infection around the shoulder

The functional outcome will be assessed using the CONSTANT SCORE, DASH SCORE, at 2 weeks, 6 weeks, and 3 monthsTimepoint: 2 weeks, 6 weeks, and 3 months
