Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Minimum age of 18 years. 2. CBCT scans covering maxillary and palatal with a Field of View of 13 x 8. 3. CBCT scans with good quality image and without any artifacts. 4. Absence of any pathological conditions and jaw deformities in the region of interest.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of trauma, orthognathic/ craniofacial surgeries. 2. Presence of cleft or any pathological lesions in maxillary and palatal region. 3. Absence of greater palatine foramen. 4. Ossification of greater palatine canal. 5. Presence of artifacts at the site of interest.

| 1. To measure the distance of greater palatine foramen relative to maxillary first molar. 2. To measure the distance from greater palatine foramen to the mid- palatal suture. 3. To measure the diameter of greater palatine foramen using CBCT. 4. To measure the length of greater palatine canal using CBCT. 5. To evaluate anatomical variations of greater palatine canal & foramen using CBCT. 6. To assess any correlations of these variables with gender. Timepoint: At baseline, 2 weeks, 4 weeks. | — |
