Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects yogya for Basti karma,Subjects Presenting with classical signs and symptoms of Gridrasi,Sign like Sakthi nikshepa nigraha (SLR, i.e., straight leg rising test positive),Subjects of age group between 20 and 70 years either sex.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Ayogya for Niruha Basti. 2.Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, hypertension, tuberculosis of spine and hip joint, malignancy of spine or other organs 3.Fracture related to spine 4.Anemia (hemoglobin % 5.Pregnancy. 6.Patients who have completed participation in any other clinical trial during the past six (06) months
