Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA class I and II patients with BMI less than 30, undergoing dental surgeries with mouth opening less than 3 cm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Uncooperative patients, History of allergy to local anaesthetics Deranged coagulation profile History of difficult direct laryngoscopy Restricted neck movements

intubation score, patient comfort score, intubation time, intubation attemptsTimepoint: 1.intubation score - during the intubation, 2. patient comfort score - during the intubation, 3. intubation time - from the time of passage of Endotracheal tube to Inflation of ET tube cuff and confirmation of bilateral air entry . 4. intubation attempts - during the procedure.
