Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pain on palpation of the associated muscle 2. Difficulty in opening the mouth 3. Intermittent clicking of the joints

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with known cases of psychological issues 2. Patients undergoing orthodontic prosthetic treatment orthodontic braces 3. Diagnosed cases of oral sub mucous fibrosis recent fractures around the facial bones osteoporosis oral malignancy ear ache 4.Undergoing any other form of treatment within the craniofacial craniomandibular and or craniocervical areas

1 Numeric pain rating scale 2 Maximum mouth opening using vernier calliper/ruler 3 Maximum lateral movements using vernier calliper/ruler 4 Graded chronic pain version 2.OTimepoint: T1 week 0 T2 week 2 treatment will be given on alternate days of 5 sessions
