Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Nulliparous women of reproductive age (18-25 years of age) 2 Women suffering from mild to moderate anemia (Mild- 11-11.9 g/dl ; Moderate – 8-10.9g/dl) 3 Women who are recently diagnosed with anemia (within 1 year or lesser) 4 Women who are not on iron supplements for their anemic condition

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Women that are under iron supplementation for their anemia 2 Women suffering from any co morbid conditions such as hypertension or diabetes mellitus or cancer 3 Women suffering from any kidney disorders such as CKD 4 Women having any active infections 5 Women having any autoimmune conditions or bleeding disorders 6 Women suffering from any pancytopenic conditions
