Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 3-12 years & irrespective of gender 2.Having atleast 3 primary pratyatma lakshnas of Grahani Dosha, i.e. – Atisrushtam or Ativibadhham or Atidravam malapravritti (altered bowel habits) 3.Previously diagnosed case of IBS or fulfilling the standard ROME IV criteria for IBS. 4.Parents / Guardians willing to give informed written consent to participate in the research trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient suffering from acute infectious disease, metabolic disorder, and any other chronic systemic illness like TB, DM etc. 2.Patient suffering from worm infestations, Amoebic dysentery, acute diarrhoea and Lactose intolerance. 3.Patients suffering from any anorectal disease. 4.Patients who have completed participation in any other clinical trial during the past 6 months. 5.Any condition which the Investigator considers is detrimental to the participant.
