Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All pediatric ALL patients (=14years) getting treated under Department of pediatric oncology, Regional cancer centre, Thiruvananthapuram will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients/parents refusing consent for the study

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1.To prospectively detect the incidence of CNS leukemia by combining CSF flow-cytometry assessment and CSF cytological assessment among children with ALL. Timepoint: 3 years

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. To assess the absolute blast cell count by CSF multicolour flow-cytometry at diagnosis and its impact on survival. 2. To assess the rapidity of clearance of CSF blasts detected by flow-cytometry during ALL therapy and its impact on survival 3. To compare the antibody expression of ALL in blood/bone marrow and CSF and its correlation with CNS involvement baseline and at relapse Timepoint: 3 years
