Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of Akalaja Palitya (Premature Canities) within the age group of 16-30 years, irrespective of their gender, religion, economic status, chronicity of the disease, and who are willing to provide informed consent for the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Any kind of fungal or other infection of the scalp. 2. Any major systemic disorder. (Except DM, HTN, CAD) 3. Pregnant and lactating ladies. 4. Other skin disorders like Psoriasis, Eczema, Leucoderma etc. 5. Patient is on chemotherapy or having history of chemotherapy. 6. Know case of Pernicious anaemia

| 1. To determine the association of Rasa Dhatu Dushti lakshana as described by Acharya Charaka in Akalaja Palitya (premature canities) with the help of a self-developed validated proforma. 2. To assess the status of anxiety (HAM-A) in the study participants. 3. To assess the nutritional status (Vit. B12, Vit. D3, Sr. Calcium, Sr. Ferritin, HB) of the study participants. 4. To compare the effect of Nimba Beeja Tail (Pratimarsha Nasya) or Madhuka Tail (Pratimarsha Nasya) with Brahma Rasayana in Akalaja Patlitya patients in terms of changes in GSS score & signs & symptoms of Palitya after intervention of 90 days. 5. To assess the status of Oxidative stress index (MDA, rGSH, SOD) in the study participants (Before & after treatment).Timepoint: Assessment of GSS score, signs & symptoms of Palitya & Oxidative stress index will be done at baseline & after 3 months. | — |
