Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Those who willing to participate, 2 The age group of 18 to 50 years, 3 There should be any underlying digestive conditions or organ failure (Functional Dyspepsia, Diabetic gastro-paresis and Terminal hepatic)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 The person with Musculoskeletal disorders 2 Pre or post surgical and advised by doctors not to perform any form of exercise 3 Those who are not given consent 4 Those who already enrolled in other research studies
