Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Nursing employees, presenting with nonspecific low back pain lasting more than 3 months. 2. Those stratified as at low-moderate risk of poor outcomes using Keel STart back tool.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those stratified as at high risk of poor outcomes using Keel STart back tool. 2. History of musculoskeletal trauma in the last 2 years. 3. History of major surgery in the last 2 years 4. Pregnancy. 5. Individuals diagnosed with inflammatory disease of musculoskeletal system. 6. Individuals presenting with any other disabling health condition.

MeasureTime frame
A. Logistic feasibility: It will be determined based on two parameters: i. Feasibility to organise the required number of interactive sessions in 12 weeks ii. Number of participants attending the required number of sessions B. Acceptability of the program will be determined based on the following three parameters: i. Adherence to the home exercise program by the participants. ii. Qualitative feedback from the participants regarding benefits and barriers iii. Qualitative feedback from hospital administrators, nursing supervisors, and ward in-charges about feasibility, benefits, and barriers. Timepoint: 12 weeks

MeasureTime frame
A. Reduction in pain as determined by Numeric Pain Rating Scale B. Low Back Pain disability using Oswestry disability index.Timepoint: Baseline: O weeks End Point: 12 weeks
