Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adolescent school-going girls of age 10 to 19 years, whose parents are willing to give informed consent for screening and homeopathic treatment of identified menstrual disorders in their girls. 2. Adolescent school-going girls of parents who are willing to comply with all study procedures, and be available for the duration of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. School going girls of the age 10 to 19 years, whose parents are not willing to give informed consent for screening and homeopathic treatment of identified menstrual disorders in their girls. 2. School-going girls of parents who are not willing to comply with all study procedures, and be available for the duration of the study.

MeasureTime frame
1. Pattern of menstruation in school-going girls. 2. Prevalence of menstrual morbidities in school-going girls. 3. KAP about menstrual health & hygeine 4. Symptomatic improvement on validated scales Timepoint: For 1,2 at baseline For 3 baseline and 6months For 4 every month for at least 6 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. Days of absenteeism due to menstrual troubles. 2. Burden and duration of symptoms. 3. Number of referrals to higher health care facilities. Timepoint: Every month at least for 6 months
