Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All admitted adult patients in the department of General Surgery, who will be prescribed Cephalosporins. Patients giving consent for participation in study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient enrolled in any other study. Non cooperative patient.
