Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient within age group of 30 - 70 years. Both sexes. FBS level above 130 mg/dl will be tested. Cases that are diagnosed as Diabetes Mellitus. Patients with complications of Diabetes mellitus which includes Diabetic foot ulcer, Diabetic neuropathy. Patients under other treatments and medications for diabetes mellitus.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients before 30 years and after 70 years. Patients with surgical complications. Patients with other systemic diseases. Patients with juvenile and gestational diabetes. Patients with other diabetic complications like diabetic nephropathy, diabetic retinopathy.

MeasureTime frame
Assessment of FBS level after the administration of Homoeopathic medicines will be done. Assessment of improvement in clinical diabetes score, diabetes foot ulcer score, diabetes neuropathy score during the follow-up will be done. This study will help in assessing the impact of user friendliness and reliability of Synergy Homeopathic Software in managing patients with Diabetic mellitus. Timepoint: Medicines given will be observed for 2 weeks consecutively for 1 year
