A Study Comparing two drugs(Granisetron and Ramosetron ) in preventing low blood pressure in pregnant patients undergoing caesarean section under spinal anesthesia using hyperbaric levobupivacaine.

A Prospective randomised, double blinded study to compare the effects of prophylactic intravenous administration of ramosetron and granisetron in attenuating maternal hypotension in parturients undergoing elective lower segment caesarean section under subarachnoid block using hyperbaric levobupivacaine - NIL
