Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis with case of pcos with ovulatory dysfunctions, Anovulatory cycle, irregular menses

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patient having systemic disease like DM, HTN 2) Menorrhagia in PCOS 3) Patient having Anorectal disease 4) patient having Headache, Migraine,Sinusitis, congestion or any other upper respiratory tract disease.
