Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Football players Aged between 18-25 years Both male and female Normative value of single leg stance test SLBT

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any acute injury at lower limb History of any type of hip, knee, ankle fracture History of any reconstruction surgery Limb length discrepancy Obese and underweight participants as per Asian BMI Abnormal gait
