Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Community dwelling older adults. Healthy individuals both male and female. Subjects with upper age limit 80 years and lower age limit 60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neurological conditions that compromise the muscle strength. Cognitive impaired subjects. Recent surgeries involved in lower limb fractures, recent surgeries and any other cardiovascular surgeries.
