Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: elective short surgical procedure of ASA 1 and 2 under general anasthesia weight between 30 to 80 kg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA 3 OR MORE Patient refusal anticipated difficult airway increased risk of aspiration{pregnancy,GERD,hiatus hernia} full stomach patient alergic to study drugs morbid obesity patient requiring emergency operative procedure

To Compare the Ease of Insertion of Proseal LMA, Hemodynamic Stablity, Respiratory Stability and Mean Recovery With Dexmedetomidine versus Midazolam with Propofol.Timepoint: To compare the Ease of Insertion of Proseal LMA, Hemodynamic Stability, Respiratory Stability and Mean Recovery With Dexmedetomidine versus Midazolam with Propofol and Monitored for 1 minutes, 3 minutes, 5minutes, 10 minutes and 15 minutes.
