Control Intervention1: Dexmedetomidine with Propofol vs Midazolam with Propofol: Patients will be divided into 2 Groups by Random Sampling. Group I will be Receiving Inj. Dexmedetomidine 0.5mcg/kg Dil

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: elective short surgical procedure of ASA 1 and 2 under general anasthesia weight between 30 to 80 kg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA 3 OR MORE Patient refusal anticipated difficult airway increased risk of aspiration{pregnancy,GERD,hiatus hernia} full stomach patient alergic to study drugs morbid obesity patient requiring emergency operative procedure
