Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Only patients older than 18-years-old with one or more non-vital tooth with A2 color or darker; absence of vestibular restoration at the middle third of the tooth; no apical lesion or periradicular pathology, and non-vital tooth without any prior bleaching experience

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who were pregnant or lactating, with hypoplasia of the enamel, tetracycline staining or fluorosis, in orthodontic treatment with fixed appliances, with cancer or periodontal disease or having active caries lesions were excluded from the stud

MeasureTime frame
To compare the level of biomarkers RANK L,OPG,CEMENTUM PROTEIN 1 when RMGI & BIODENTINE are used as barriers in Non vital bleachingTimepoint: 6 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Before bleaching procedures & after1 month, and 6 months post treatment color of the teeth will be visually assessed by two evaluators who will be unaware of the agent used as barrier at the middle third of the tooth (American Dental Association guidelines) usinga Vita Bleach Guide color scale under the same ambient conditionsTimepoint: 1 month to 6 months
