Inclusion criteria: All the patients referred for CT Calcium score/CCTA CAD

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with coronary artery stents patient already on statin theraphy physical disabilities Inability of physical activity due to mobility issue participants having chronic breathing difficulties
