Intervention1: either one of Text,Audio,Video message sent to patients through mobile phone: The cases will be included from Kanti Devi Medical College and Hospital Psychiatry O.P.D. after application

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient more than 18year old. Patient who has access to mobile phones. Patient who is able to handle SMS, WhatsApp and other such medias. Patient who is able to consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient less than 18 year. Patient who does not have access to mobile phones. Patient who is unable to handle SMS, WhatsApp and other such medias. Patient who is unable to consent.

percentage of participants arrived on time in different groups. treatment outcome using Clinical Global Impression scale. Timepoint: Day 15 after previous appointment. Application of scales will take 5 min.	—
