Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: INCLUSION CRITERIA: Child’s first dental visit Children requiring buccal infiltration for pulp therapies except mandibular molars Frankel behaviour rating scale 3 and 4

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: EXCLUSION CRITERIA: Children with history of allergy to lignocaine in local anesthesia Children who are medically compromised and special children Children with the Frankel behavioral rating of 1 and 2 Children who are not willing to participate in the study.
