Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. children are aged between 4 to 12 years. 2. Children need venous port access and first-time venous port access. 3. children are admitted for treatment in the inpatient department. 4. The child is conscious

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. children who are suffering from chronic and critical disease. 2. having dealy neuron development. 3. having visual audio and speech impairment. 4. has a history of sedative, analgesic, or narcotics use within 6 hours before the admission 5. diagnosed with a psychiatric disorder. 6. having a break or abrasion on the skin. 7. have nerve damage in affected extremity 8. have prior exposure to any cold and vibration technique
