Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. On any type of peritoneal dialysis modality for atleast 3 months 2. Willing to participate 3. Having an access to webpage and the ability to use it

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic bedridden patients of CKD on peritoneal dialysis

There will be a significant difference in the quality of life, adherence to treatment and nutritional markers after the implementation of web-based home care management program in experimental group as compared to control group of chronic peritoneal dialysis patients.Timepoint: 3 months
