Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients between the age group of 50 to 80 years. 2. Patients of both genders. 3. Diagnosed case Diagnosed case of AD as per DSM IV criteria

1 Effect on clinical signs and symptoms and ADAS scale for Alzheimer’s disease patients and effect on improving quality of life of Alzheimer’s disease patients would be determined. 2 Modulatory effect of Saraswata Ghrita on the plasma expression of protein Plasma phosphorylated tau181 (p-tau181) protein of Alzheimer’s Disease patients would be evaluated. Timepoint: assessment will be at base line ie zero day and at 90th day
