Intervention1: Strophanthus Q: Administration of strophanthus Q 10 drops twice a day orally.
Follow up will be assess twice every month.
The ECHO will be performed once in a period of 3 months.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Coronary artery disease along with conventional medicines. Cases that are diagnosed with reduced Ejection fraction in ECHO report. Patient with less than 50% of ejection fraction. Patient within the age of 25-75 years of both sexes.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient with severe medical emergency condition. Acute myocardial infraction. Other than the coronary artery disease all cardiac disease are excluded.
