Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The age range of individuals between 5-16yrs An error of refraction of eyesight vision with Negative numbers Pre-Myopic participants ( Who are at risk of progression to myopia) Have been diagnosed with Pre Myopia ( who have not yet started any medication ) Using Atropine eye drop 0.01 % for a minimum of 6 months with progression in myopia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with associated glaucoma Subjects with a history of head injury or stroke Previous history of practicing yoga in the immediate past . Subjects who cannot perform the assessment tasks Children with any chronic disease
