Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Presence of bilateral impacted mandibular third molar indicated for extraction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating females Medically compromised persons History of smoking and Alcoholism Patient not willing to give consent for the study
