Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants within the age group of 30-70yrs 2.Participants having symptoms of Grudhrasi like Stambha, Ruka, Toda, Stambha at Kati, Prustha, Uru, Janu, Jangha ,Pada and Tandra, Gaurav, Aruchi 3.Participants of both sex. 4.Participants Arha for Anuvasan and Niruh Basti Karma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women and lactating mothers will be excluded. 2.Participants with Complications like Deformity of joints and loss of function of joints etc. 3.Participants on regular Steroids, Analgesics and other medicine for Sciatica. 4.Participants having Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus and other chronic and acute diseases and IHD, Alcoholic Patients, Hypothyroidism, Cushing Syndrome, Immuno-compromised disorders.Patients having Congenital and Genetic Disorders. 5.History of spinal surgery and vertebral fracture. 6.Participants Anarha for Anuvasan and Niruh Basti Karma
