Inclusion criteria: Healthy women living a sedentary lifestyle following a vegetarian and non vegetarian diet

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Vegan, Pregnant or lactating, With autoimmune diseases or musculoskeletal conditions.

Differences in Grip Strength: This study may help find that there are differences in muscle strength between vegetarian and non-vegetarian women in the specified age group.. Impact of Dietary Protein Intake: In this study we might observe that dietary protein intake significantly influences muscle strength in one or both of the groups. This could suggest that protein intake is a key factor in maintaining or improving muscle strength in middle-aged women. Identification of Nutritional Gaps: This study may identify potential nutritional gaps in the diets of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian women. This could lead to recommendations for improving dietary choices to support muscle health. Timepoint: Baseline
