Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthcare professionals who are current members of the following surgical and anaesthesiology societies will be included in the study: 1. International Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association (IHPBA) 2. Asia-Pacific Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association (A-PHPBA) 3. European-African Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association (E-AHPBA) 4. Association of Anaesthetists of Great Britain and Ireland (AAGBI) 5. Indian Society of Anaesthesiologists (ISA) 6. Cambodian Society of Anaesthesiology (CSA) 7. Critical care and Emergency medicine (SCARMU) 8. Bangladesh Society of Anaesthesiologists (BSA) 9. Society of Anaesthesiologists of Nepal (SAN) Inclusion criteria 1. Active membership of any of the aforementioned international societies at the time of participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria: 1. Study questionnaire answered previously (applicable to participants holding memberships to multiple societies). 2. Refusing to participate
