Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 The patients having symptoms describe in charak samhita of sthaulya will be selected for the trial 2 Age between 30 to 60 years irrespective of gender and constitution 3 Patient fit for basti karma 4 BMI between 30 to 35 will be selected 5 Patient willing to participate in trial 6 Patient with central and generalized obesity are included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient is not willing for trial 2 Patients suffering from systemic diseases like k/c/o Hypertension DM  Asthma Chronic diseases like Cancer Kochs HIV will be excluded from the study 3 Pregnant and lactating womens 4 Patients unfit for basti karma

To assess the gradation of subjective parameters that are atikshudha, atipipasa, daurbhalya, atisweda and objective parameters that are weight, body-mass index, waist hip ratio, mid arm circumference, mid thigh circumference, abdominal circumference.Timepoint: 45 days
