Inclusion criteria: Elderly who are willing to participate Elderly people of the age group of 65-79 Understands Odia /English/ Hindi

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Elderly people will not complete the intervention Those who are physically debilitated. Diagnosed with acute and chronic mental disorders. Having any chronic illness.
