Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children with good systemic health. 2.Children who are devoid of an infectious disease. 3.Children who are willing for the study and are co-operative. 4.Children whose parents have given a consent are considered

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children who cannot expectorate completely 2.Children on antibiotics in the month before and during the research period 3.Using any other oral hygiene aids, 4.Any intraoral pathology 5.With any sort of intraoral prosthesis or undergoing orthodontic treatment 6.The one not available for the follow up phase.
