Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Individual with Mechanical neck pain. 2. Age between 25 – 45 years. 3.Both genders. 4. numerical pain rating scale score below 4 5. Healthy individuals

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with radiating pain. 1.Individuals with neurological disorders, Old CVA, cognitive impairments. 2.Individuals with Migrane, vertigo and cervicogenic headaches. 3. Upper limb fractures 4.Cervical fractures 5.Recent history of trauma 6. Systemic conditions affecting the cervical spine
