Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA Grade I & II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications of atropine 2. Patients with IHD/CAD 3. Patients with ECG showing tachyarrhythmias 4. Emergency surgeries 5. Mallampati grade III and IV 6. Anticipated difficult airway
