Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with age group ranging from 25-45 years. 2. Patients with impacted third molar position IIB, IIC, IIIB and IIIC according to Pell and Gregory classification 3. Patients with ASA class I

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with soft tissue impaction 2. Patients with ASA Class II, III, IV 3. Patients with impacted third molar position IA, IB, IC, IIA, IIIA according to Pell and Gregory classification. 4. Patients with age group below 25 years and above 45 years.
