Inclusion criteria: Patient Undergoing Elective Gastro-Intestinal Laparoscopic Surgeries Who Give Consent Are Included In The Study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients Undergoing Emergency Procedures Patients That Are Immunocompromised Pregnancy Patients With Umbilical Hernias Patients With Previous Laparotomies Hiv Positive Patients
