Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.(ASA) class I–II patients of either sex 2.Adult patients of age 18-65 years 3.Elective laparoscopic surgeries in Trendelenburg position

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.ASA grade III-VI patients 2.Patients posted for emergency surgeries 3.Patients with a history of psychiatric and neurological illness. 4.Patients with history of drug dependence, chronic alcoholic, or smoker 5.Patients using psychotropic drugs or steroids. 6.Change of surgical plan from laparoscopic surgeries to open. 7.Refusal to participate in study 8.Patients with preoperative MMSE score less than 24 and DOS score > 3 9.Visual and hearing impairment
