Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group of 40-60 years, irrespective of their gender, religion and economic status. 2. Patients having Essential hypertension. 3. Patients having high blood pressure (systolic BP: 130 medication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hypertensive patients with its known cause (Secondary Hypertension). 2. Patients having other specified essential hypertension. 3. Patients having Thyrotoxicosis or renal hypertension. 4. Diabetic Patients having uncontrolled Blood sugar (Fasting Plasma glucose > 125mg/dl and/or 2hr postprandial glucose > 180mg/dl or HbA1c >7). 5. Pregnant and lactating mothers.

Improvement in Pulse, Blood pressure and psychological attributes in the Patients of Essential Hypertension.Timepoint: Assessment will be done one time at the time of enrollment. At baseline and after 45 days
