Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All doctors with a minimum of 12 months of experience in their respective specialties, from both government hospitals and private teaching hospitals

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Doctors who declined to participate in the study were excluded

The primary objective of the study was to determine the current prevalence and potential risk factors for WPV among doctors. Secondary objectives included evaluating the reporting status of WPV incidents to higher authorities, identifying barriers to reporting, assessing impact of WPV on the psychosocial life of doctors and evaluating existing violence prevention and safety measures from their perspectives.Timepoint: one month
