Intervention1: Fascial plane block via ENV technique: Administration of fascial plane block by using Enhanced Needle Visualisation software in Ultrasound imaging. The total duration is approx. 5-6 min

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients scheduled for bilateral fascial plain block for lower abdominal surgeries inclusive of gynaecological, gastrointestinal and urological procedures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Emergency cases

To compare between the two groups 1 Total number of attempts 2 Number of times hydro-dissection required before confirmation of tip in the right plane events of injection of saline and the amount of saline injected 3 Quality of needle tip visualisation graded by block performer 4 Self recorded satisfaction score of the performer Timepoint: From insertion of the needle in the skin (skin puncture) to the injection of local anaesthetic in the desired plane
